Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and purchased, we can not refund it unless there’s an issue with our team/production. Then we would refund you the whole amount equaling the purchase price. This may take up to 30 working days.

Cancellation is not possible once you have paid for your order. 

Cancellation is not possible once the product/order has been dispatched for shipping or courier.

Return Delivery Policy:

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to us within 24 hours of receiving it.

You can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share tracking details and we will check with the courier for the same.

The customer may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

  • Customer fails to provide adequate information about the case
  • Customer fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any)
  • If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day
  • Customer must not dispose of the packaging for 3-4 days post delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

Refund will not be given if:

  • The shipping address or pin code provided by you is incorrect.
  • You have used the product partially and then want to return and/or want a refund.
  • The product has already been dispatched and is in transit.
  • If you do not comply with our return policy.

Exchange is possible if:

  • Products delivered are damaged or opened.
  • We deliver wrong products by mistake.
