The customer must provide us with a valid address and postcode. External factors such as covid and other calamities or changes in economic and trade policies may delay shipping.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Not all products qualify for Fast Track Shipping. The order will be dispatched only after receipt of payment from your end. Estimated time of delivery shall be calculated from the date of dispatch only.
PROCESS
We use a third party for shipping and are not responsible for loss of payment in the following case as below:
If in case the shipping address provided by customer is incorrect due to which the delivery is not complete or possible, then that order will be considered completed and no refund will be made.
We will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer but the customer will have to pay again for new shipping charges.
Delivery details will be provided by us to the customer with an approximate expected delivery date and with a tracking no. for tracking the product delivery.

Within Mumbai
You can arrange a pickup from our studio in Juhu, Mumbai.
You can choose to use WEFAST or BORZO or any local courier service for delivery if it is not possible to arrange for a pick up from our studio. This has extra charges according to the app/service based on your address, timing, and availability of persons, etc.
If you prefer that we send it to you within Mumbai (not Navi Mumbai) then standard rates would be 500 INR per package.
Standard shipping within India is 1000 INR within 2kgs
And 700 per kg after that.
Standard shipping internationally varies depending on the country.
Please always ask for the rate depending on the country and weight of the package.
