The customer must provide us with a valid address and postcode. External factors such as covid and other calamities or changes in economic and trade policies may delay shipping.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Not all products qualify for Fast Track Shipping. The order will be dispatched only after receipt of payment from your end. Estimated time of delivery shall be calculated from the date of dispatch only.
PROCESS
We use a third party for shipping and are not responsible for loss of payment in the following case as below:
- If in case the shipping address provided by customer is incorrect due to which the delivery is not complete or possible, then that order will be considered completed and no refund will be made.
- We will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer but the customer will have to pay again for new shipping charges.
- Delivery details will be provided by us to the customer with an approximate expected delivery date and with a tracking no. for tracking the product delivery.

We ship all over the world. Not withstanding countries where shipping is not allowed (please check with us).
IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?
We ship all over India & all international orders, have a delivery fee associated depending on your delivery address. You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES?
If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by the shipping company directly to arrange payment. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all our orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this information.
